Project manager, real estate management
(commercial)
Your tasks:
- Advice and operational support for our clients in technical, economic and organizational matters relating to properties of different types of use
- Mandate-related interim responsibility in commercial asset management or commercial property management
- Implementation of complex operating cost statements and analyses
- Analysis of contracts, services and costs to optimize building operations
- Management of start-up or wind-up projects for clients (migration or demigration of real estate from client organizations)
- Management and quality assurance of service providers

Your profile:
- Training as a real estate agent, business studies with a focus on real estate management, career changer with proven expertise
- 3 - 5 years of practical experience in real estate management (asset or property management)
- Experience in at least one of the leading real estate management systems
- Experience with data management systems
- Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
- Structured and independent way of working without fear of asking questions and proactively working on solutions
- Willingness to work at different locations within the region (e.g. directly at the customer's site), in the mobile office or at the company location in Frankfurt am Main

- Managing maintenance and modernization measures and ensuring compliance with public safety obligations
- Further development of internal and external processes in property management
- Participation in the implementation of a sustainability concept at property level

Your profile:
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, facility management, industrial engineering; career changers with technical training and proven expertise
- 3 - 5 years of practical experience in at least one of the advertised activities
- Experience with CAFM
- Experience in data management systems (Elo, Docuware, DMS, etc.) and data room management systems (Drooms, Brainloop, DRS, etc.) as well as in technical reporting and documentation
- Experience in the acquisition and / or disposal of real estate portfolios
- Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage

Your tasks:
- Recording, maintenance and checking of property and tenant-related master data
- Review of the allocability of individual costs
- Coordination with suppliers and municipalities
- Independent preparation of operating and heating cost statements
- Processing tenant inquiries and any objections
- Identification of optimization potential through evaluation of bad debt losses
- Preparation of adjustment entries

- Routine in handling MS Office and real estate specific software | desirable SAP & Yardi
- Committed and resilient personality with a willingness to learn
